The Voice of Nittany Lions Steve Jones to provide play-by-play
University Park, Pa., Oct. 30, 2006 – The Penn State men’s basketball team’s two exhibition games against Edinboro (Wed., Nov. 1) and Shippensburg (Mon., Nov. 6) will be able to be heard live via the internet at GoPSUsports.com, the official home of Penn State Athletics.
The webcasts for both exhibition games will be free with Steve Jones, the Voice of the Nittany Lions, providing play-by-play coverage. Both games will start at 7:30 p.m. in the Bryce Jordan Center. Streaming of the webcast will begin immediately at tip-off.
The Penn State Sports Network, which will carry all of the Nittany Lions’ regular season games over the radio, will not be carrying either exhibition contest.
