If Turner is not POY then everyone that votes should have it taken away from them.

Where did he take the shot? Gamecast said it was 36 feet from the hoop.

Wow...just wow.
Kudos to Michigan though. I like to bash them and for good reason, but they finally did what they should have done all season long. Rely solely on Sims on the block (first half) and Harris driving (second half). Opened up the 3 as well, so they didn't seem so forced. Normally I would feel for the losing team after a crushing defeat such as this, but they are still Michigan.
As for OSU, boy they became such a 1-on-1 team late in the game. Either Turner driving or Buford driving taking tough shots, when they could have found an open man.
Michigan played a better game, but ET made the shot (yes, a runner from 36' or so). Fantastic game and finish.

Didn't someone on here actually say Michigan would be better off next year without Sims and Harris??? Sure

Didn't someone on here actually say Michigan would be better off next year without Sims and Harris??? Sure Yeah, because the way Three-lein was utilizing or rather mis-utilizing their talents, the team would be better off with a 6'11 guy like Pittsnogle bombing from 3 all the time, instead of on the low block growing cob webs. Today, Three-lein finally went to Sims and used him the right way. That opened things up for Harris and the 3-point shots in the second half. Had Michigan done that all season, they wouldn't need to win the BTT to go dancing.

Wisconsin is laying a Penn State-like egg right now, 38 points with 2 minutes to go, trailing by 11. They're shooting 23 percent for the game, and I saw them airball about 5 shots already.

This game is wild. Badgers within 2 with 24.2 left. Illinois almost turned it over there.

The Illini win the game but lose the shooting contest after the game was already decided. The one thing I hate about games like these and college basketball in general is situations like we had in this game. From the 2 minute mark on, it was 3-pointer, foul, 3-pointer, foul, 3-pointer, foul and on and on. It takes the game of basketball and turns it into a mockery of a sport as far as I'm concerned. Exciting, at times, but when a team can dominate for 38 minutes only to succumb to these kinds of tactics in the last two minutes, it lessens the quality of the game IMO. Kudos to Wisconsin for never giving up...not Wisconsin hating by any means, just I hate when college hoop games come down to this. Solution...other than changing the rules, which I don't want them to do, a simple movement of the 3-point line (which I hate to begin with) back a foot and a half, two feet, might keep this kind of thing from happening. It will still happen, but it will be a lot tougher for those teams who got destroyed in the first 38-39 minutes to pull one out of their a$$ at the end. Now that I'm off my soapbox...HOORAY FOR THE ILLINI

Wow Minny gets a board, then turns it over and MSU dunks it. 65-62 Minny.

Leave it to MSU to make Minny look good for the 2nd day in a row. I can't stand this Minnesota team, they just annoy me for some reason because they only seem to play well when I talk badly about them.
